My http://www.guitarcenter.com/Williams/Allegro-88-Key-Digital-Piano-1279061079425.gc fits the bill. 88 weighted keys, midi out, built in sounds are eh but for the price it's what you get. The piano and organ sound ok. Wish it had a harpsichord

The Akai mpk series are also pretty sick. Unfortunately you can only get 25 keys in your price range. I've got that one too and it's pretty great with Ableton Live. I guess it depends what you want to use it for though, the Williams is obviously for more actual piano stuff. The MPK is for synth stuff.
