I recently bought a cheap pair of Headrush IEM headphones, but exchanged them because the left was noticeably quieter than the right. The replacement pair was better, but the right earpiece makes this sound that is a mix between a popping and a crackling when the tip is compressed, meaning when it is inserted. When even adjusted slightly or improperly sealed, the sound becomes extremely muffled.
Is there anyway I can fix this or should I ask for my money back?
It's important to note that the left is still quieter than the right, just less so.
