It's simple and looks pretty nice. Still feels a little off balance with the two folders, if your launcher supports it you may be able to launch the second app with a swipe. Unless you have more than a second app in the folders.

So I can't use widgets.
Immersive mode should be merged into CyanogenMod proper, Paranoid Android has some nice features but not nearly the same amount of support.
