well meme'd
this pleases me
MSE has always been pretty good, very light on resources, no annoying popups, and you can just disable whatever information they want you to send them.
i BELIEVE they are talking about security essentials but either way some reddit post says
Security Essentials, Windows Defender, Forefront, and System Center Endpoint Protection are all the same thing. They are just licensed differently.
Essentials and Defender are licensed free for use on personal systems, and up to 10 computers if its a business. More than 10 computers requires licensing System Center for SCEP, which replaced Forefront.
They use the same engine and definitions.

Well it's true the only way to prevent and fix viruses, malware and other computer ailments is to document and triple check against them.
And how do you do that?
With data.

This is nothing new. IE11 had smartscreening for executable and websites and windows 8 had it integrated into the operating system, which gives Microsoft a huge advantage as you don't have to be running their AV for them to collect heuristics of various malware attacks. To be honest, if it's for battling malware, and all for free for individual users, I have no problem with it.
If MSE were truly effective at getting rid of malware it would uninstall Windows.

Not him, but you're very likely a retard who uses nigger acronyms (tbH, faM, smH, etc), thinks >le greentext, cucK, shill and bait are funny memes, and probably hates Reddit because "they can't write proper posts without retorting to memes".
You're on 4chan, for fuck's sake.
