Aside from the Novelty stuff like the Vidya and vidya related items. Everything there has a purpose. i.e. right side items go onto my /edc/, middle is paperwork and other items that are for the day/night and left side is misc.
The boxes down there are for items/tools I use very rarely and are like a timer for any items I don't use on the desk within a month.
