Qualcomm is believed to be getting one out at the end of the year. It's called "Kryo", and is a custom, scratchbuilt uarch that's compliant with the ARMv8 ISA. Of course, coming out at the end of the year means it'll be a long time before we see companies actually use chips in devices.
Samsung is also working on their own custom Uarch with chips codenamed "Mongoose". It's believed they'll launch Mongoose based chips with their next gen flagships.
