Hey everyone!
I was wondering if anyone could help me, a young man (adult) started talking online to my daughter which is 11 years old, soon turning 12. I found this out very recently or just last weekend and noticed that the conversation is very sexual and inappropriate, it involves pictures of him and worst of all her. I have talked to her about this and done as much as I can think of to get rid of this problem, until yesterday I found out he had been able to contact her again. He does not live in the same country as I do but this is to me still a very serious matter. I know a thing or two around the computer and was able to get his IP address and also found his name with messing around and searching his usernames and such. What can I do now? I really want this man to pay and I do not want this happening to someone else.
We contacted the police here and they only said they would "look into it" which did not convince me enough for anything at all to be done.
I have the IP, usernames and his real name (I will not post them this publicly as I myself do not want to break any laws. (except if I would meet this man in person.)).
As I said the police here at least is not very helpful, I've been trying to contact the local police station where he lives but so far it hasn't been any luck.
I went on /adv and they said I should look over at /b for assistance and /b told me to go here in making this man pay.

Don't go to local police. Go to higher-up political organizations. Your country should have an organization that deals with sexual exploitation of children. They have the power to contact law enforcement in other countries.

Mine is limited to Linux Mint on an ancient machine and a Nokia 635 that I bought for $50. No teenage pregnancies have occurred yet.
