Sound is detailed and has good clarity. Average sound stage. And when I listen on the PC it seems to lack bass. But when I use it on my phone it does have the bass that I want as long as I use the equalizer/settings. Also it has active noise canceling, although I rarely even use it because just the earpads isolate noise well enough. The thing you gotta watch out for is whether the "small" headband will be too tight on your head. The extra band in the retail box is a large one.

I mean seriously, all my friends who were daily laptop users now connect to a monitor when at home and are super content with it.
