My Logitech x540's died on me and I needed a quick cheap replacement.
They looked really nice on the advertisement, but when I unboxed them I found they feel very cheap (which they were, like 30 bucks).
So the looks are probably the best about these.
Compared to the Logitech x540's, the sound is worse.
But if you're not looking for anything serious, these do their job and look quite nice while doing it.
