what i find questionable is the descision to print the labels on the outer-side of the mirrored front's glass, because it reflects off the mirrored back making a wierd double image and is thus less legible, especially for such a small font. overall sorta feels designed by an intern.

I really don't see anything that great about technology becoming thinner. Aesthetically it's even pretty "eh" after a certain thinness.

thing is, i actually really like this aesethic-wise, but functionally, a monitor that small with non-adjustable height makes litterally no sense. it's placed really high in the first place and actually manages to be angled upwards making this problem worse. niether does that slit in the front where the old floppy drive would be make any sense. in order for that to be a disc drive, the computer would have to exist in non-euclidian space. theres no room. niether does there appear to be much room for actual hardware, unless the machine is anemic powerwise, but having something that underpowered without it also being portable doesn't make much sense either. and it's a given that it'll be expensive, so theres that to.

What high shelf are you placing your computers on? It's an homage to the original Macintosh which stood just under 14 inches tall. Based on this image, it stands maybe 15-16 inches. The desk I'm sitting at, 16" is about chin height. I'd actually be looking downwards at this if I didn't set it on top of something.
The floppy drive "slot" has an SD card reader instead.
