I seriously do this with computers. I have a hackintosh at home that has all the horrible shit you would think someone on 4chan would have, but my laptop is absolutely clean. I don't even browse porn or 4chan from it.
I use synergy so I control both machines from my laptop, so the effect is that when I'm home I just suddenly have 10TB of hard drive capacity and a huge browsing history of porn, but when I'm out and about there's nothing I need to explain. Not even a downloaded Facebook photo.
