Feels more comfortable and ergonomic for me to have it facing to the left like that. It's really not that hard to reach over, feels natural if anything. That extra space in the front allows me to put books and my plates when I eat in front of it. Pretty convenient.

I couldn't tell you, I don't do it anymore. I changed my major because sound engineering is a joke and there's literally no reason to go to college for it. Basically if you've done it through high school like I did, you don't need a college degree to get a job, and if you do, then you're going to spend more time paying your dues as an intern etc before you actually end up as an engineer anywhere. I'm much happier with the degree course I'm on now because I know I'm actually going to make a sustainable living off of it.

I spoke with one of my coworkers today and he recommended checking out goodwill for picture frames. Said that their artwork around the entire stores are all awful, but the frames can be of real quality and go for 1/5th the price if you were to buy the frame itself new.
I'll go check some out on my day off, but it might be difficult to find a frame of that size.

A station doesn't need to be expensive to look great. Money helps but you don't need to drop $1000 on a desk and $1200 on a monitor and $200 on a mouse + mousepad like some people do.

I like it for the stylish looks, the stock fans are not really good and some people swap them out. I haven't bothered with it though. Keep in mind it cannot fit matx boards that have more than 4 PCI slots though. My advice with it is that if you're going to use a modular PSU, then for the love of whatever you hold dear, plug the cables you're gonna use on it BEFORE you install it, otherwise you're gonna know the true meaning of hell at the tip of your fingers.

I feel the same way. A lot of my friends with more money spend buy a fuckload of equipment like its nothing. I think a good measure of your skill is what you can do with a little. That's why I try to just use the drum machine, synth and records to see what happens.
Your setup gives me a sense of nostalgia for a time I've never experienced. Keep that shit going as long as you can. That 90s vibe is cool and will probably help give your music its one unique style

Main one is a Yamakasi DS270. A Korean monitor with an LG AH-IPS -panel. The other one is BenQ XL2420T, a 144 Hz shitty gaymen TN. It's quick and nice for fast paced games but the image quality is crap. And if you meant my studio monitors, those are Genelec M040s.
