Also, there are better speakers for the purpose of good sound and listening to music. Studio speakers are made to present the true sound so the producer or whatever, can trust that he/she hears the actual sound.
Hi-fi speakers, which would be a better choice for general purpose speakers, color the sound, to make it sound better.
This is not to say that your studio speakers are bad, or don't have good sound. They just play the sound as it is, and don't try to fix a bad mix, or whatever.

Normally when I get massively oversized boxes from Thomann it sort of makes sense - last time they sent me one of this size boxes it was because the speaker stands I ordered were quite long & this was evidently the smallest box they had with the necessary length. But with this mic stand, I was somewhat surprised....
