If you click a link on 4chan it breaks the tab hierarchy and opens your new tab at the very end of the tab bar.
You could say that's just 4chan and its shitty javascript, but it's pathetically easy to break the tab hierarchy on Safari.
Have a mother tab open which you close? Every tab that was spawned from that tab is now orphaned.
I can't describe it in great detail because I haven't used Safari in months, but it was broken beyond usability. It's like using Firefox 2 or some shit.
