Slow speeds in general and if I limit the upload speed to 1KB/s the download speed drops to almost nothing meaning I'm pretty much forced to have to let it upload otherwise I can't download. This doesn't happen when using rtorrent, I can limit it to almost nothing and the download speeds stays very high. I have no idea if I have configured it wrong but I can't seem to get it to behave in any other way.

Examples of great aesthetics. If your computer has got skeumorphic or glass-y photorealistic icons you live in the past and you are shit. Fussed wallpapers are horrible and distract you. Modernity has a cost, and appearances count. I like how OSX looks like out of the box and I left is as-is.

Well installing rutorrent is the easy part I've done that manually. It's the apache + php and configuring that correctly so the web interface actually works that's the problem. Might try lighttpd instead.

I see. Guess I don't fuss with all that. I'm a simple torrenter, I use public trackers, only seed to 1.0 and delete the torrent. And only a couple a month maybe. Never use the client for anything other than that. So transmission is more than enough for my needs.
