It naturally has the function key which is next to the alt turn the WASD into arrow keys. Hold down the function key and AWSD are arrows while it is held down. I am using a Poker 2 right now. Once you learn how to use the function keys you forget all about the arrrows.
Not sure how much replacing the keycaps is. But they are really high quality caps that come with it.
