1. Assure they never get lost.
2. Assure no-one else gets access to them.

Encrypt with AES-256/RSA-4096 using a good (read: peer reviewed) encryption library/tool. Then, encrypt your key.
If you're really paranoid, encrypt both twice. Those encryption mechanisms are approved for securing top secret/compartmented data, so it will be good enough for your loli porn.
If you're worried about them getting lost, store them in multiple places using different mechanisms. It really isn't that difficult.
