an electric drill. i bought that Bosch PSR12 (middle) a few years ago to do the housework and screw the placo on the walls, but the battery is running out after a few operations. it's really my biggest tech purchase regret. also the pro. version (18v) isn't better,snappier mechanics, a speed "control" that ruins your job more than you build, but you do shit then the battery runs out.
