Now that'd be a funny case. At what resolution does that image cost someone their clearance? At thumbnail size, some of the company logos are readable, but none of the text is.
So I'd guess any .gov types are safe as long as they don't hover over it, which they totally shouldn't do, even though they already know everything it says from reading the newspapers that wrote articles about it without directly printing it.
But somewhere between that thumbnail and the full slide, is a resolution that would be just readable enough that you could figure out what it said if you looked at it long enough. I think the act of looking at it too long would be the thing that would cost someone their clearance; it demonstrates intent.
So I guess what I'm trying to say is, if you don't have a clearance, and you were to print the damn thing off, you'd have a pretty interesting ward against spies. It's a cursed magical item - it attracts precisely the wrong attention, because the people who shy away from it in horror can point to uncleared people (against whom the shield is powerless) and have them annoy you.
