I tried it for a few days. It's nice if you don't have your own way of organizing your emails. Other then that, it needs to link bundles and labels for it to be of any use.

It seems good in theory, but 90% of my gmail emails are promos and stuff like that.
All my important email goes to my school email (which is hosted by google) but my school has not decided to adopt inbox yet so it's useless for me.

you can set up automatic forwarding, I combined my school email with my personal so they all come to my phone on one unified account, and I use inbox.
