Depending on your browser, you should just be able to set it as your default load screen.
IE > Internet Options > 1 page, Home Page
Chrome > Settings > On Startup > Open a Specific Page or Set of Pages
FF > Menu > Options > General > Home Page
Then, just set the address of the page, like:
C:\Users\[user name]\home_page\home.htm

Create a file called manifest.json in a folder containing the page. Put this in here:{

I don't use any home page thing and I might as well have it blank.
I don't see the point of the home pages everyone else seems to use.
I only have my webmail and /g/ pinned as tabs to always be open and I can just open any other page normally from a search engine or whatever.
Isn't it quicker to just type the first couple of letters of a website in the address bar and have it come up in the suggestions than using a large mouse-controlled web page of things you regularly visit?
