probably, but you want to see what you're using the batteries for. High drain (camera flashes) would be better off with higher capacity eneloops while low drain would be better with the 2013 Panasonic Eneloop

You can charge Eneloops with a generic charger.
Get Ni-MH batteries. Eneloops are only useful in very specific situations (notably the situation where you have batteries gone unused for long periods of time).
If the period between you charging batteries and using them is less than a year, don't get eneloops.

The amazon basics (2nd generation eneloops) also are decent for their price, depending on where you live, but not quite as much a deal.

Normal NiMh discharge rather quickly.
Some "high capacity" batteries I had self-discharged to 60% capacity after like a month. Most are at 80% or so after a month.
In low-powered or usually off applications (like, IDK, a LED lamp), that just means your NiMh battery self-discharges far more than you using it does. It's highly inconvenient and inefficient.
NiMh definitely move to eneloop-like batteries (low self-discharge / ready to use) for that reason now...

They won't fit. But I guess you could combine them to approximate the same voltage/ampage as the original device had... or use a bit more electronics to GET the same ampage / voltage.
It's too much work for most, though. Most would, if anything, buy a similar replacement battery pack, typically li-ion.
And most wouldn't buy Apple if they ever intend to service anything, they're about the crappiest devices for doing service out there.
