Just wondering how to reformat my computer.
I have no windows disc
I can't reformat through windows explorer (computer is too clogged up with viruses)
Does this mean i have to reformat through bios and download a pirated copy of windows?

You should be able to get a legit iso copy of Windows from MS's site. Then all you need is an activation key.
No piracy required as long as you have your code..... If you don't, you may need to do some piratey shit, but it's pretty easy.

Make a Linux Live CD and reformat with that.
