Your phone is under warranty. If it is defective and its not your fault (Like dropping it) they will cover you.

It varies depending on the manufacturer & your provided but usually if your on a contract you will be covered for the duration.

If you live in Australia you are covered even without a warranty under the Australian Consumer Law.

Just keep it in mind for next time.

my plan is 300 minutes (which i never use) and unlimited text and data (but after 2.5 gigs it's throttled). It's pretty nice since i never go over data and i don't have to worry about texts which is how i talk to most people. The only downside is CDMA phones and being on Sprint's network.

It's a chink phone made by a Latvian company. It's cheap and popular here in Latvia. They have recently released spacer 2, a better camera and a newer OS (kitkat). The rest ist approx the same. The second costs 160€, first one 120€ (used to be 140, lowered price with the second spacer)
>>
>>44766379
I don't know Latvian currency but I'm guessing these are comparable prices to the Moto G. I wonder how the two phones compare.
>>
>>44766383
Those are euros now, Latvia changed to euro in beginning of 2014. Spacer used to be 100 Ls, 1Ls is 1.42 Euro.
But yeah, I couldn't decide between moto g and the spacer, but I went for spacer because a bigger screen(5 inches) and I didn't want to wait for shipping.
