Yes, I got one a month ago. Came from VM, so far getting better coverage at a cheaper price and this phone has a lot of dev support. Every app I've shown at it so far has worked smooth like butter.
also that 30$ t-mobile is iirc is unlimited butonly 4G for like the first 2GB/mo and 3G thereafter or some shit, right?

Make sure you have an appropraitely sized sim card of course. Should come with any new Nexus 5.
Then go to the T mobile website and set up your credit card to auto-pay the $30/month plan with the 100 mins. Or just buy one month manually.
The walmart shit is another plan. I don't even remember if they still have it. It's like unlimited talk unlimited text but like no data at all.
