Hey, /g/, I use visual styles etc for win7, but how do people get their windows to look so minimal, especially browsers? Examples:

Is that with another program and not just visual styles? Litestep maybe? I tried Litestep with a theme earlier but it was so confusing and didn't change the look of my browser at all, so I just noped out. Do I need to know how to code/script, and is it possible on windows 7? Thanks, I just want my shit to look nice.

TEWI, couldn't find a working version for Windows. It's a .bdf file.
I already got proggy, inconsolata, profont and a couple more from previous posts, you can find working versions for windows with a little googling.
also check the bblean site, it has a font pack that looks good.
