One way would be to take an image that was allready posted to 4chan to do this, or to post your image to 4chin beforehand and then reusing your image once compressed by the chin (or you could make a tool that increases the images entropy to the point 4chan's compressor thinks it's impossible to compress it in a way that would result in acceptable lossyness) Still the best way is to use a pic that comes from 4 chan to embed your data, and then you can use any old text editor to write something (before EOF).

Also here is a brief explanation of the next game:
I'll give you the encryption key and the encrypted file, you'll have to crack it like a 1337 h4x0r. Don't worry about the difficulty, it's an algorythm I created so it's very simple (I've no idea if it already exists but since it really is very very simple I wouldn't be surprised if it did already exist) and there might be exploits too.
The logic of the algorythm is inspired by a combo of the second game you're sloving and AES (before you ask: no, there're no complicated mathematical structures, it's middle school math at best, it is only inspired by AES).
It will probably take a while so don't feel pressured to complete it today (I doubt that's possible unless you work for NSA), just take it easy, if the thread goes 404 I'll make a new one tomorrow probably.
