Use MalwareBytes to scan anything that you think is suspicious. Free version doesn't have realtime protection, so you need to do that yourself.
also, don't go downloading suspicious shit (dunno if anyone on /g/ is that dumb, and most of the virus infections I've personally encountered came from infected ads doing drive-bys, so use an adblocker).

The pornsites themselves usually aren't bad, but the ad networks they tend to use (because the usual ad networks don't support pornsites) are literally the worst and will happily attempt to drop shit on your machine.
