Buying a better one will mean your computer will stay relevant for a longer period of time and bottleneck less GPUs right now and down the road.
It's a tradeoff and it all depends on whether or not you think you're going to keep the computer you're building for a long period of time. Generally I buy the best CPUs and then buy secondhand GPUs of a generation older than what is currently out because I don't game much. Also a CPU is running when you're _not_ gaming, so putting more money into one means your computer is faster at standard tasks and lets you run more applications at once.
It doesn't even have a proper GPU.
If you're planning to upgrade, go ahead and buy it. But this shit is not worth it.
