Is this the shittiest charger in the history of mankind?
Why are Apple products so long lasting?
>June 2012 MacBook Air
>Runs like new
>Still looks great
>No SSD needed
>Upgrade in OS was seem less
Because apple have their on hardware to develop for, Microsoft develops for multiple different manufactures such as lg, Asus, Acer, Samsung, HP, alienware so they can't cater every different laptop desktop and tablet out their
What is the best C replacement?
Actually Learning how to use C correctly is the best C replacement.

Seriously though I'm not one of those venture capital kiddies who thinks that "full-stack" is a viable department staffing method.
Some fucking dork asked me to make a stupid questions thread here.

Some people think its a choice while other people think its a mental illness.
I personally think its a lifestyle
Is there a way i can easily render my chinese cartoons in mpv on my main pc and then stream it to a crappy laptop hooked up to a tv, without any compression or desynched audio/video.
The laptop itself is not powerful enough to render the video.
>buy used Samsung 55" 4k tv for 300$
>download smart view for pc
>stream from pc to tv with no downsides
>watch Chinese cartoons
WhatS your current choice of cell phone?
I'm up for an upgrade, currently have an S5 active and I really like it and am actually considering jut keeping it.
Anyone have a new smart phone they'd share some pros/cons over the older one?
My biggest thing with smart phones is battery life, my S5 might be a little outdated but it's battery life is awesome and will usually last 1 1/2-2 days depending on usage where as my friends S7 edge has to be charged daily. I also like that if it glitches or something I can pull the battery out.
Cuz you know, it just... cuz... you know, it just cuzz... you know man it just, cuz... you know... it just... cuz... you known man... it just, cuz... man... it... just... cuz... man... you know... it just... cuz...

I switched to Deluge when there was that ransomware thing, but now I might go back to Transmission because it's just better. Don't want that ransomware though.

Home Screen Rate Thread
Very pretty but read your emails, dude
Not a fan but would be improved a lot by removing app names.

I have a 2011 Macbook Pro (that I got for free) which is starting to become aged. Are there any other upgrades I can do to it to increase the lifespan other than installing more RAM and an SSD? I already run Linux on it since it's more lightweight than OSX.
Linux max be more lightweight, but you'll still get far worse battery out of it. Another thing you can do is taking the drive out and putting an additional HDD or whatever in. But that's it.
what do you mean by other than installing more RAM and an SSD? have you done those yet? because installing an SSD alone is a MASSIVE improvement to sandybridge and ivybridge macs. if you have a spare SSD then ditch the CD rom drive and run the two SSDs in RAID. also 16GB CL9 RAM if you haven't already. shit is cheap
>needing two cards to beat one card
>complete your CS degree
>been working only for 2 years
>already tired of programming
what options do CS grads have that don't feel like programming any more?
What went wrong?
We are here in /g!
We have knowledge, so why don't we use it to help Mozilla to move away from their Chrome clone sickness?
Month by month it gets more depressive, while Google with Chrome is soon in the position to trash customization and unleash a total dumbed down world wide web on us.
It is time for us to join forces,...
