Can I get rid of this shit.
>>55021286
Yes, by buying an AMD graphics card and not supporting a Jewish monopoly.
All you really need is the driver.
Maybe the PhysX driver too, if you use it.
You can't do without the Nvidia Control Panel though, that'd be stupid.

Is there a modern alternative to Vim? Something that functions similarly to it, but can do things like code completion?
Vim

SpaceMacs. eMacs but with Vim mode.

Just use a plug-in for fuck's sake.
How fucked am I /g/?

Why would you do that
Literally every spec on it says "please don't"
>2gb of ram
kek
>1366x768
Why is this still a thing.
Why do you all talk so much about GPUs?
What is so interesting about GPUs? They're literally boxes that render pixels, you plug them in, they work.
Aren't ham radios, or microcontrollers much more interesting?
>>55020867
And here you are, doing exactly the opposite of what you recmmend we talk about.
>>55020867
Normally there isn't much talk about GPUs except the odd build thread. Except when there are new cards launching. We had 1080 and the 1070 launched in the last month and AMD is launching the 470 and 480 soon.
GPUs are the pretty much the most exciting consumer technology with the most frequent meaningful improvement. CPU has been stagnant since 2011. Smartphone performance is just a marketing gimmick because it has almost no impact for 99% of end users(citation needed). Laptops suck now. Lol consoles. Etc
Hey /g/, so im looking to get a new mic for general usage/vocal recording, to setup for my PC. Now, I understand that with condenser mics you need an audio interface with Phantom Power, just to power the mic itself. My question is, how would I go about getting sound into my computer if im not using a USB mic (I dont want a USB because I plan on gettign more in the future and dont want to be limited to buying an entire new set instead of just getting another XLR mic.) Anyone have any kind of know-how when it comes to this that would be willing to explain it in its entirety to...

Buy shitty Intel and Nvidia please.
hello, faggots
im in trouble.
I deleted all my god-tier porn pics because ragret of lifestyle.
tldr, im still a lowlife, and I've since recovered the deleted pics.
thing is, it (photorec) didn't just recover the porn pics, it also included other pics and undeleted pics into the reovery
so now, I have 50k pics, which have the porn ones among them
I remember my god-tier pics to be around 700 in amount.
50k by hand is a lot, so I thot I could use filesizes and the pics that were included in the recovery but not deleted in the hdd so I can filter...

should i learn rails/react or go?
i want to make cross platform apps and web apps without having to rewrite/maintain the same app for every platform/device.
i'm leaning towards Go but maybe i'm retarded and i'm not hip on something?

Is there any legitimate reason for red-blooded residents of Freedomland to use darknets?
Government wants to know what you fap to, so as a matter of privacy yes.
>>55020078
why?
>>55020013
There are general privacy concerns but then there's also personal ones. For example, let's say you have a daughter. She's seven years old and falls ill one day. The doctors try various tests and cannot figure out why she's sick. After two weeks, they finally have a prognosis but it isn't good. A cogential disease that is terminal. There are drugs to treat the illness but because of the FDA they are not available in the US. They are manufactured in a nation which has certain drug and...

What is vram and where exactly is it located on a gpu?

RAM and it is all those squares around the center big chip.
