What do you think about this?
Need help /g/
I recently replaced the case on my PC. Since then, my computer will not boot into Windows 10 with a gpu installed. I've tried a GTX 670 and an R9 270. With either of them installed, it posts and starts to load Windows, then freezes (pic related) spinny thing stops spinning...
I thought it might just have been my GPU but the exact same thing would not happen to both of them.

How the fug do I get that X button so I can delete the threads, I already have a stack of a few hundred or so on my new phone.
Is there any way to transfer music from and iTunes library to a phone associated with another iTunes account? I want all my old music on my new phone/iTunes.
Apple fucking sucks lads. I made such a mistake when I switched from Galaxy to iPhone.
Where the fuck is it?
Hey /g/, I built Clover from sauce for some guy on leddit, but you can have it too.
I can assure you I have made no modifications other than building it from git. But then again who trusts a person on 4chan?
>trust a good merchant named Jedimh
No thanks. I can compile software myself. Why wpuld I need to anyway? The Clover apk is available on f-droid and there's no source code modifications that would require me to compile it myself.
What is the best underrated independent distro
What vpn do you use, /g/entleman?
Build a pc or get a custom built one ?
Is it even possible, that those processes writing a few mb/s drain whole hdd'swriting capability? Good ol' l502x here
Yes because they are all from different sectors. If it were a straight single large file transfer you'd see 10x that speed, but with all different programs all reading/writing multiple smaller files your speeds will be much reduced. Hence your 100% disk usage at only ~7MB/s
Fragmented writes, the drive writes a little bit, then it has to jump to a totally different part of the disk which takes time and write a little more.
This is much slower and less efficient than a sequential write.
Please, someone, this is so hard, explain LINE by LINE please, what each thing does etc
If I have something, of type "string"
What does adding them together mean?
Does it mean that I want to add each individual character's byte value together numerically? Of course not, that's retarded.
It means "concatenate"- place one after another and give me a new copy. "Fuck " + "you" becomes "Fuck you"
If you were implementing your own string class from scratch, you would need to overload the + operator to do concatenation for strings.
What's a good program for all purpose converting?
Meaning mp4 to mp3. WMV to flac. etc.
I keep finding programs that can do one type of conversion or only from video to video but I can't find an all purpose one.
I checked the wiki and this is pretty much nonexistent on there.
There are plenty of GUIs for ffmpeg, any of which you can find with a quick google search. It is the be all and end all of general conversion software.
Also the point of command line software is automation. If you're typing everything out, you're doing it wrong. You don't necessarily have to use the command line version, but you seem to be misinformed.
Daala literally kicks ass out of HEVC/AVC/AV1
<--- Still image performance
>In about 18 months, Daala files got 50% smaller for equal quality, going from worse than H.264 to almost as good as HEVC and AV1. Not bad, especially considering that in the figure above, HEVC and AV1 are using B-frames and alt-refs, whereas Daala's (relatively immature) B-frames are turned off.
Next gen right here
Video performance. At the current state it already surpases x264 encoder for quality.
Where the fuck do you get it
When the fuck are non-founder builds coming
You buy them at online retailers or the occasional brick-and-mortar specialty store
Bottomline is, you're not going to get one, at least, not for a few months since they're going to be sold out like fuck.
So unless you have no life and can spend all day lurking in stores or online sites, you're not getting one......
