>Make a fresh installation of Windows 7

Why did you lie?

floppy disk
>>55045843
I highly doubt you don't have a USB driver unless you went in and stripped them from the windows install.
Either case, you're shit posting. SO GET OUT
>>55045871
Also an addition to my own post...
Add the windows 7 hard drive to another PC and download the executable and move them onto the windows 7 drive.
I'm looking for a cooling pad that does the job and doesn't look like an edgy fisher price toy.
https://www.amazon.com/gp/aw/d/B014F4SBMK/ref=mp_s_a_1_6?qid=1465762065&sr=8-6&pi=AC_SX236_SY340_FMwebp_QL65&keywords=laptop+cooling+pad&dpPl=1&dpID=418ynjgUN-L&ref=plSrch
Heres what im thinking of getting. It looks nice and simple anyone here got a better one?
>$20
Jesus, for that price you might as well buy a new laptop
>>55045834
That doesn't really answer my question but thanks for the laugh
>Can't even spell "switch"
How do i dismiss this message without it forceclosing the app?
The app is actually up and running, but i restored data from a 4.4 rom and this is lollipop.
Lg g2 if it does matter.
Install it from the Play store.
>>55045847
I did, changed nothing. I suppose that there is some process to make android not show this notices, or to show them but still be able to use the app instead of being just darkened in the background
>>55045936
>changed nothing
Well you fucked something up because that App is crashing. If clearing the app data doesn't work do a factory reset.
People say they use ad-blockers to increase loading times and performance.
But then how do you explain the INSANE amount of fucking RAM these adblockers take up?
>>55045791
use ublock origin by gorhill
>>55045791
>INSANE amount
no problem here
>>55045791
Stop using shitty adblockers.
How do you do an image dump without doing them one at a time? I want to just choose a folder of images and dump everything inside it.
I've tried st4 image dumper but I get an invalid url error - I guess it's outdated since the last update was 2013.
I've tried appchan x which lets you fill in multiple captchas but doesn't auto dump a folder of images for you.
>>55045778
Do you say how to dump all images from a thread?
Nobody cares about your images
>>55045792
I want to dump images I have -into- a thread.

Trying to contribute on /h/ and /aco/, not here so don't worry about that.

Why don't they just fucking kill off WP already, it's such a waste of R&D
Tempted by this aluminium bodied notebook with the 8gb ram and 256gb ssd upgrade.

Cheap enough to take a risk?
What do you think /b/?

install ganoo

Yeah, I could. Would be a pretty ideal little notebook then.
Ask in /csg/
>>55038928
Has /g/ gotten their Pocket Chip yet?
I'm also quite curious if these are worth it.
bump
I already have a phone
>>55045557
I would, but the buttons look like shit. No fun for typing or games.
Plus a resistive touch screen... gross
Hi guys, I tried upgrading win 8.1pro to win 10pro.
Upgrade went w/o a hitch.
trouble is, after windows updates the nvidia drivers, and a reboot happens, AFTER user login, system turns into a slideshow.
system runs fine AT login screen, and when I had (via safe mode) thrown out the NVIDIA drivers.
it doesn't matter if I use the nvidia.com reference drivers or if windows itself fetches them automatically via windows update.
after installing drivers BEFORE system reboot, it runs fine. after reboot, it runs fine up until the login screen. after user...

obviously it has to do with the video drivers, but what exactly is causing this?

Whats the point of using the unity botnet when you can make gnome look exactly like it?
What's the point of using a shit """"OS"""" when you can make Windows look exactly like it?
Better performance
Unity runs better under the same hardware.
>>55045413
Gnome doesn't have Appmenus in titlebar.
Gnome's panel bar is basically useless.
Enjoy less vertical space
Let me explain: The problem with single core performance is getting high clocks and good ipc without making any miscalculations, right? So what if cpus could switch to a "single core mode", where all physical cores do exactly the same thing, but at a much higher clock. Mistakes could easily be spotted and corrected. Does anybody have information about how error rates increase with higher clock speeds without increasing the voltage?
Am I a total retard here? (if so, please explain why)
>>55045375
>i dont know what is the instruction pipeline
single core cpus already execute multiple instructions per clock
also leave the booze
>>55045375
>doing the exact same thing but at a higher clock
I hope you aren't a CS student because this is literally fourth week knowledge. Look into how a CPU executes instructions (really simple if you stay at the abstraction level you are currently speaking at)
And no, you don't seem like a retard.
>>55045375
Processor core redundancy is already a thing in highly mission/safety critical systems. What you're asking for is literally multithreading.

Why would I want to use (((Lisp)))?
Okay, assholes. You've been throwing the term "Botnet" around way too much, and you have no idea what it means.
Let's fucking define what the term actually means, using clear language. No glossed-over bullshit like "controlled by Microsoft", because that's too vague to mean anything.
Here is my take on it:
A Botnet is when a someone can, in a central manner, have direct (or some other more-limited form of control) over people's computer. And they can, at any time, tell those machines what to do, such as initiating...

It's a meme you dip!
Hello DOG?!
>>55045288
Except it's a meme that less-technical users will believe.
People in real life have started asking me about Windows 10 and Chrome being botnets now, and the idea is so ingrained with them that I can't reason them out of it.
>>55045306

You seem to think people on /g/ are more technical savvy. Nobody gives a shit about anything, and the amount of fizzbuzz thread should have gave you a hint.
4cheng as an imageboard is just meme central, with some flavors given by the board type. I made peace with it.
