Which one should I get for the t460p ?
I do some software development and some VM's for networking stuff.
I've been programming for at least 5 years and I've only just now wrapped my head around this.
Sharing, in case someone might be interested.#include <stdio.h>
char a = -128, b = 128;
printf("%d", a == b); //output: 1
Bought a server at Digital Ocean.
What should I install on it?
post your computer
What's a good linux distro that actually teaches you how to use linux, not just that specific distro? So, not as hand-holding as Ubuntu. I like to do stuff manually.
I installed Slackware because of this idea, and it's great but I can't get very far with it. Not sure how to to get wifi up. Plus it has a lot of server software, when all I want is a minimal desktop distro to screw around in.
Is there any FOSS image board software?
Im not sure if i can post this question here but fuck it. I need a new phone since i cracked my old s4's screen pretty badly. It has been a beast until now but all things come to an end. Now i have to decide on a new phone and im not sure weather to go for the Galaxy s6 edge+ (460 euros) or the plane s7 (506 euros). What would you guys do? (please explain why)
Any thoughts on this owncloud fork?
We have the A, B, C and D programming languages but what about the E programming language?
>what about the E programming language?
what the fuck do you call EPL? Try harder next time fucker.
what's up /g/ I've been looking for a good music downloader for Android I've been using mp3clan but it's stopped working on most of my devices and I need a replacement
Just pay for it or use spotify like all the other poorfags.
What's your most used social media site?
What do you think of Totem / GNOME Videos player? I have been using mpv for a long time, but since I switche to GNOME from Xfce I have been using GNOME Videos and I quite like it. The colors seem somewhat washed out, but so minimally that I can't really see it unless I pause the video and compare it frame by frame.
What is your experience with this player? Are there any issues that came up for you?
Well I'm doing that, but maybe there's something I'm missing. Maybe it updates really slowly, or maybe certain video formats don't work well. If you don't have anything to contribute, don't respond.
Canonical won, it's over.
Classic example of "when a headline asks a question, the answer is no."
>Goodbye apt and yum?
No. Nothing in the article indicates that. This is just another package distribution method. Good for it.
What are you working on goyim?
Beginners welcome, unload all those questions and doubts
It's actually that very question which keeps me from diving into them. What the fuck am I going to do with it? I'm not the sort of person who gets stuff just to have it. It would have to add value to something I already do and I'm not particularly creative.
Working on learning them. I can do assembly language, but I have very little understanding of basic electricity and electrical components. I have a bunch of raspberry pis, but they're mostly for low power servers and dumb terminals.
I wish I majored in Electrical Engineering instead.
Does anyone have any experience with this monitor?
