How hard is to code software that a minor bug will mean millions of lost money and possibelly dead people?
>>55198322
that's why you test things in a closed environment before deploying it for real use
>>55198322
pretty easy senpai tbqh
>>55198322
Stupid question, just test the shit out of it, and if it's something that complex like you probably have a very long time to work with it. You may even have years to work out all the bugs. (Like the F-35 for example.)

I'm throwing together a PC for my brother and I thought I'd ask /g/s opinion.
I haven't been building in a while so I'm a bit out of touch with new hardware.
Trying to keep it below $1000, mATX and relatively fast and idiot proof.

I use a hairdryer on cool to blast the big stuff out of the case and cpu cooler, and then compressed air to get in the GPU without wrecking it, Just cleaned my PC today.

You just HAD to post the ugliest of the 3 girls from that scene, didn't you OP.
Hi guys. I wanted to ask what the cheapest home theater PC I could build is and what parts I should use. In hoping at the minimum it should be able to run 1080p with interpolated 60fps. The current PC I have is pretty shitty with an Intel core i3 processor and no dedicated GPU. 1080p runs fine but when I run it with the 60fps interpolation software, the video lags behind the audio. At most, I would like it to be able to run 4k but that is not a necessity. Thanks guys and I forward to your responses.
Stop fucking bumping fuck head

http://panopticlick.eff.org/
Some kind anon in the last threads posted a link to a story that indicates Google is injecting fingerprint code into their CAPTCHAs.
That means you can't post on 4chan without being fingerprinted.
This means it's not paranoid to think Google knows about your shitposting habits.

I wish I could develop fingerprinting methods and then patent them so nobody can use them.
Shit is expensive though.

why bother using a seperate browser if you are still going to be retarded

This should justify getting rid of google's captcha service, unless 4chan was a honeypot

I'm trying to calculate the income tax one would recieve in 1913, following these rules: The original U.S. income tax of 1913 was
• 1 percent on the first $50,000.
• 2 percent on the amount over $50,000 up to $75,000.
• 3 percent on the amount over $75,000 up to $100,000.
• 4 percent on the amount over $100,000 up to $250,000.
• 5 percent on the amount over $250,000 up to $500,000.
• 6 percent on the amount over $500,000.

1. Use sqt for this kind of stuff, read the sticky
2. [.code] [./code] for code tags
3. Didn't bother readying the whole thing, but
>if (0 < salary <= 50000)
Does C++ support this?
I would assume that 0 < salary would evaluate to true (nonzero value) then it would be, if for example that nonzero value was -1,
if (-1 <= 50000)
{
// stuff
}
What if you did0 < salary...
