I worked for AT&T for a couple years and the data cap has since then been 500GB/month. You should be grateful that they're giving you 100 more. Also, it's not even a hard cap, you only get a letter. I mean to have a user friendly system that sorts questions and answers and suggestions of thousands and millions of people according to their similarities, much like google does with searches.
If we examine occupy movements and all sorts of recent public riots/gatherings it seems that organizing the people is easy through the internet but directing the outrage and masses towards a solution, towards actual demands and changes seems very problematic.

Buy new ones. Earbuds use notoriously thin cables and are completely not worth repairing. You'd need a good soldering iron, steady hand, a solid dash of experience and some heat shrink tubing to get even a shitty fix.
If the ear bud itself is broken you'll need to be a microsoldering pro, but then you wouldn't be asking this question.
Get proper IEMs (in-ear monitors). If you're really too poor to replace them, you'll still need a soldering iron to fix them (which I guess you don't have)
How can one have max torrent download speeds with upload completely disabled?
My ISP has started monitoring for torrents and uploading (contrary to downloading) is illegal in my country.

why are people praising the 480 as the next best thing since slice bread?
amd has always had a 980 performance style card, but it was a house fire. now they have a non house fire version for $200. 150 watt tdp, 15 watts lower than the 980 itself. its a terrible upgrade for someone on a 970 or 390. it be decent for someone on the terrible 960 / 380 but still not tremendously great.
it would of been awesome if they released a 980 ti equivalent for $200. that would of been a massive slap in the face to nvidia. but they didn't. they couldn't even release...
