Which isp respects your privacy the best? Do we need an internet service provider revolution?

Telekom Srbija
which you can get if you're in Bosnia, Montenegro or Serbia.
Good speeds (50mbps for a little less than 20e, flat rate) but so incompetent as that they couldn't even track you, not that anybody would want to track you here anyway.

Sonic.net. Better go move to California.
How hard is it to become your own ISP? What should the magnitude of your operations be in order to make it worth it?
Nvidia Pascal Thread.
What are you buying?
Just bought this bitch myself the other day.

Who the fuck wanted a r63 Kup?
>wants all software to be free and open-source
>complains that there's no good IT job
If more software was proprietary, we'd be rolling in developer jobs right now. This is a fact.
can anyone explain the economics of the open-source movement? free labour, putting yourself out of work.
>>55243533
Why do you need someone to explain it when you already did?

So, what other than price is wrong with a Mac book air? I could triple-boot Windows, OSX, Linux and run any application I want.
Isn't it useful for projecting an image of a successul developer who actually earns money? What is so bad about burning a few grand on a laptop?

Price for what you're getting sucks.
Showing off that you can afford a laptop to impress people is whatever but as someone with a knowledge and interest in tech why would you?

Is there a program that can let me change IP whenever I want? I dont want the same IP repeated either. Tor is an obvious one, but it is often considered 'bad traffic' and would register negatively on the site I'd be going on.
>>55242875
call isp for dynamic ip
turn off modem for 5-10 minutes
bingo, new ip
>>55242908
I need a new Ip like every 2 minutes, would this effectively do that?

no what the hell do you need a new ip that much for
Would the rx 480 be theoretically be able to the Vive/Rift decently?or will it just roll into a corner and shit its self to death? Just looking for financially reasonable upgrade from my 760
>spending money on gaymer shit

Pretty much, yeah. Has over 5 TFLOPS of performance which is about as powerful as a GTX 980.
8GB variant is estimated to only cost $229, get hype.

I want Intel marketing team to leave my thread.
So i already bought an FX 6300 and accompanying motherboard, the budget is 300$, that costed roughyl 150$. I need a shitty PC that has a good case to install these components, but all it needs is power supply hard drive and case. Where can i find such stripped or barebones PC's. preferably used so they're cheap af.
You did this backwards. You get a decent prebuilt for 150 without a gpu, and just add a gpu. Youre basically wasting money now getting a pre built just to ditch the mobo and cpu.
Now that youre already down this path, save up another hundred bucks, and just build the rest out ( IMO )
>>55243497
well and likely the psu, 95% of prebuilts either have a shitty psu with it or one that does actually have a 6 pin and decent wattage but the amperage is a little sketchy
i bought a thinkcenter with a p4 and all that, replaced the internal components
including the original cost of the computer, chinkshit psu, 8gb hyperx blue, 80gb hdd, pentium g, motherboard and gt430 im down about 200$
buy an old optiplex or something for dirt cheap, replace psu with chinkshit psu, toss in components, tada, gaming computer
If /g/ loves AMD so much, why are so many of you using nvidia and Intel?

Ok lets say you were in Nathan's position and had unlimited(billions) amount of money and the all massive data from google but you have no help from engineers, scientists, designers etc or other humans, just your own intelligence. How would you precisely go about creating Ava ?
I would draw Ava and look it everyday and weep.

Probably would start the architecture of neural networks and optimization of them through a system like reCAPTCHA, then I would move to the hardware of the body, I would use light elements like graphene and steel for the skeleton.
>>55242760
Why not use a quantum neural network?
