How can I make transparent PNG files appear like pic related in Firefox?
I used to have a Stylish userstyle for it but it's broken as of Firefox 36.
>>46835507
Original file.
why would you even want that?
I don't get it; are you saying you want all tansparent pngs to have a checkerboard pattern instead of actually showing as transparent? Would that not defeat the purpose of transparency?
Best 4chan app?
What was that one app that was being teased but hasn't been released yet? I'm on clover right now, and its meh in my opinion.

Also not free if you make money.
Gimp is a very good software, but it could be better: It crashes constantly, and is missing some features.
Also looks to be abandoned, they are promising the version 3.0 for years now.
And even with it flaws its the best alternative for Adobe Photoshop.
Now imagine if it had a organization like Mozilla or Canonical to give a better support and updates.
It could be easily the best Image Manipulating Program.
Discuss.

maybe you could donate instead of whining on internet forums
>>46818676
It's probably beyond help by now. Any refactoring that makes it stop sucking is going to be a rewrite in disguise.

GIMP was never a product. It was a project.
Just a reminder we are still woring on getting a logo
>taken almost three months for a logo
>still no actual coding work started

What was the last AMD cpu to be better than Intel's competitor?
>>46822817
AMD X2 vs Intel Pentium D.
Once Intel abandon netburst and went back to core, AMD started slipping further and further behind in performance.
>>46822817
AMD started out making intel clones and was known as that company making budget intel rip-offs.

>better
Define the word first. Moar cores? Clock speed? Power consumption?

Where will you be on 2015-03-02, the exact day that consoles become obsolete?
Only hours to go.

1 day to go
I hope it doesn't fail but sadly most likely will
Linux getting more attention from companies could be good
Console peasants don't care.
So what exactly is happening? Is SteamOS still just a kind of afterthough Debian bundle with Steam pre-installed?
Post configs, news or ask questions.

My Raspberry Pi B+ downloads from my FTP server at ~2.5MB/s. My laptop downloads from my FTP server at 9MB/s. Pi is on ethernet, laptop is on WiFi. I've read that the Pi's network and USB share bandwidth. Would this be the cause of the slower speeds? If yes, what are some cheap alternatives to the Pi? I'm taking a look at the ODROID but I don't want to buy it unless it'll get me better speeds.
Also general single board linux computers

Its faster, pic related.
I'm using 100mbps ethernet though not gigabit.
>>46816808
Average transfer rate was 11MB/s and 100mbps ethernet theoretical max is 12.5MB/s not counting overhead.
I don't have a gigabit switch or I would test that for you too.
The storage I was transfering to was USB attached.

Yes I really like a skyscraper of a bill!
The more higher capacity SD cards come out the cheaper the lower capacity ones will get.
So bring on 200gb+ SD cards.
