Can most of them power a device while they are also plugged in to charge the power bank itself?
Are Li-ion ones susceptible to catching on fire too, or only LiPo ones? Is there an easy way to tell the difference without tearing them apart?
Picrelated is one I'm thinking of getting. I am hoping it uses something like standard 18650's, because I think that they have low fire risk compared to LiPos, and I just don't know if these things will run while also plugged in for charging....

Some of the more expensive ones will, however it's bad for the battery to charge and discharge at the same time. Kills it quicker.
Just a few years ago, using a computer had a nice feeling.
You had to wait for everything to load, download, etc. Now, everything happens instantly, and downloading 20GB takes just few minutes. It's all nice but... just boring...
I don't even feel like upgrading my PC any more. Everything just works, and there is nothing that I'm looking forward.

Hi, I'm imaginative but unlearned. I've been wondering: most Game Boy (Classic, Color, Advance) games can be soft reset by way of pressing A, B, Select, and Start simultaneously. Is it possible/feasible to wire a Reset slide or button that, when pushed, triggers all four buttons simultaneously, without compromising the wiring of the actual buttons?

they're both basically the same thing, unless you're working at a large organization, in which case the network admin usually makes less than the sysadmin, because his role tends to be more narrow. i'm a sysadmin and teacher at a relatively large school. even if i didn't teach, i'd still be there between 3 and 5 days a week. the network admin gets called in (or called on to work remotely) no more than 2 days a week, for a couple of hours tops. it's usually to deal with some cisco rubbish,...
