Surface book or Surface Pro 4?
My opinion is that the hinge design makes the book a no-go for travel. That combined with the highly increased price.
If price is no object, the surface book looks pretty cool.

Why don't you own Corsair© Dominator Platinum™ modules?
>>51279613
I legitimately own them.
They're great for aesthetic builds, especially hackintosh builds (for that classic Mac silver look).
Would only recommend for non-poorfags though.
Would love to own a set. But they are expensive as hell. Not a poorfag but seriously...
What will the standard mid-range PC be like in 2020, /g/? Will I be able to stream in 4K quality on a machine worth $300?
>>51279590
4k streaming is a meme. Companies just can't afford that amount of bandwidth only with terrible compression and even then your options for content providers are very limited.

>Ultra fast Xpoint storage
>Instant boot up
>5760p 288hz Octo Monitor setups

If you work in a technical/computer related field, have you ever been whined at by people with "real jobs" telling you about their "real jobs" and how your profession isnt a "real job"?
Please tell me about it.
>>51279574
I bet you don't know your way around a ECU like I do my friend
>>51279574
No, never. Everyone treats me like I'm some sort of powerful shaman or something who uses magic to work with computers, but that's mainly because I'm surrounded by computer-illiterate people.
As a person working outside computer related fields we used to complain about our IT a lot because they're lazy fucks.
I'm glad we switched from XP to centos, at least the computers shit the bed every two weeks

Lets talk USB hubs /g/
Okay
They are hubs with USB ports. Is there anything else to say?
I don't use Apple Shit, so I can use my 3 USBs at the same time. Sorry anon.
How are Windows phones /g/?
They're great phones, but nobody writes apps for them.
I have one now. Do NOT get one, unless you don't care about apps at all.

And there we have it.
We're here all week, try the Veal.
Best way to learn c++ ? Also if you have methods or links (or any other stuff who can help). Ty /g/uys .

Programming: Principles and Practices using C++.
Ok , but how ? With exercices online ? Youtube? Books better? I've heard about programing games
This is something that has always bugged me about linux. Where on windows, if I need a program but don't have access to internet, I can go somewhere with a usb drive and download an .exe. I can even do it from my phone. Linux on the other hand mostly uses package managers that rely on internet connectivity. Don't get me wrong, I like them and like the idea of a central repository. True, there is .deb and .rpm, but I've rarely had it where I didn't get some dependency complaint. So, whats linux's solution to this?
The page you download packages it tells you the dependency

I'd say you posted in the wrong place desu senpai. Windows related posts: >>>/v/
>>51279552
Yes, but having to hunt down depends and figure out where to put them is a little unweildy. I'm sure for some programs, including the depends would make the package pretty large.

Alright /g/.
My father is having a bit of a problem with his new phone, he picked up a Galaxy S6 (was using some old Windows CE phone prior) and cannot figure out how to sync his desktop Outlook application with either his phone directly, or just sync his Outlook with his Google Account.
Now, it has to be Outlook, because he uses that for keeping his calendar and client contact details, and it has to at least be a once a day update as it does change fairly often.
Does anyone here know how to sync the device with Outlook, and maintain the sync automatically,...
Comment too long. Click here to view the full text.
Install the Outlook app and log in with your email account.
D/L the outlook app to synchronise your calender and mail (latter not recommended); Is there anyway to sync contacts between Android and the W10 default app?
Unfortunately he doesnt want to sync with Google, because he thinks they spy on you, is that even possible?
Yes, I am aware this is daft given that he went and bought an Android phone.
So Google just released their in house deep learning framework and everybody in the deep learning community is freaking out.

This board isn't about real technology.
So I've been unable to post using Appchan X for a while now. Captcha refuses to load.
What the hell is going on, /g/? Also, why the fuck is the captcha 5x times easier on Chrome than it is in Pale Moon? The fucking thing simply fails the road signs half the time.
Getting real tired of this shit, and might cave in to botnet because of it. Help.
>>51279173
>might cave in
You are a weak willed piece of shit deserving of only the worst things in life.
Switch to ccd0+oneechan
>>51279199
They're purposefully doing something to force botnet upon everyone. I swear to god it's SO much easier to complete captcha in Chrome. There's no way it's a coincidence given how many captchas I've been solving.
