How long can I record for and can I choose the quality of the video to reduce size?
YES. I create this application to post WEBM on 4chan.og.
It only can record for 20 seconds. I will improve it in next version.
I tried to screen record to webm using ffmpeg and the quality was awful so I had to record using libx264 with preset ultrafast and crf 0 and then reencode to webm afterwards.
Why is there a 20 second limit?
What happens if I create two email adresses, and I redirect every mail from A to B, and every mail from B to A?

Are developers working on better scaling algorithms?
Especially one for 720p to 2160p purposes because these jinc scalers produce too much aliasings.
Nnedi3 is too gpu consuming at the moment, my macbook is too limited.
We need something more aggressive than ewa_lanczos but less than nnedi3.
In madVR there is SuperRes that you can use for chroma upscaling and as post upscaler.
The result if just amazing, that's curious that mpv's developers didn't port it.

Depends entirely on their network config. Both the local and upstream.
At my ex's apartment, I torrented several things. Maybe ten gigs worth. After a few days, the connection ran at a trickle and most HTTP connections timed out. I discovered that the instant my laptop connected, it went from great speed to near zero.
It turned out they saw packets coming on the port I was torrenting...
