The mods deleted all of the threads, so you decided to make a trap thread. Lovely.
>Mod leaves the trapshit
Fucking why? Why perpetuate this bullshit that only leads to more shitposting?
>>51784360
Trapfags are by far the most cancerous posters. Also, according to >>51784218, it's time for a new thread.

Your browser auto-fill options were probably messed up, and they decided to send you the wrong pair of shoes on top of it.
>>51784067
Why don't you check your order?
Reminds me the day I got a TV chipped at home. I never understood why, it was a LG Flatron I think, ordered on Amazon but I am not on Amazon. No name just an address, which was mine.
The delivery guys double checked and left it to me.
I spent one week trying to resolve the issue with Amazon, emailing them and trying to find the owner of the 50-inch TV. Never had an answer so after a couple of weeks I finally called the assistance and they accepted to come and pick it.
What a bunch of dumbasses.
There's also a friend I know who once received a big Samsung...

MERRY!
Mommy and daddy say they'll each get A THING to upgrade my rig.
http://pcpartpicker.com/user/picklepartpicker/saved/TJ9Ycf
How can I maximize my performance with just 2 things here? Maybe three if something is relatively cheap (like an SSD).
>>51784031
Post your current specs first.
>>51784099
He did.
>>51784122
I assumed he just listed out a bunch of parts he could buy for his rig.
>>51784031
In that case pool both mommy and daddy's money into a new Graphics Card.
I'm building a home theater.
Can anyone recommend an decent remote control for an XMBC/KODI - HTCP setup that doesn't cost a freaking fortune?
I'm considering this Logitech Harmony 650, but it bothers me for some reason that I can't quite put my finger on.
Any cheap ass MCE remote will work with Kodi. There's also FLIRC which you can program to work with any remote. I have the Harmony 700 and it isn't worth it at all unless you want to automate powering up your receiver with your TV or something.
Better yet get a USB CEC adapter and run it through your TV, you can also program a bunch of shit with Event Ghost. This setup has worked the best for me if all you have is a TV.
>>51784057
I have a projector.

>>51784111
Well then maybe the Harmony is your best bet then. Only because I find the backlight to be really useful in my setup. Beware that there's a chance you're going to have to tinker with the delay settings to get it working right with Kodi.
Just bought some Arctic Silver 5 for my gaming rig, any good?

Braided cable tangle less, and tangles create more airflow resistance than braided cables.

what do you faggits know about Nvidia's Volta?
Pascal is basically Maxwell v2, but Volta is supposed to be a new architecture?
>>51783682
Why the fuck do you think we know anything?
And how the fuck are you so sure Pascal is just a Maxwell die shrink?
>>51783740
it's not a die shrink, but a revised Maxwell design
Volta use TSMC's 16nm FinFET tech

What does /g/ think of phones with unusual colors, or non-traditional materials like wood?
If you have one, post a pic. Have you had any issues with it looking bad or garish in public?
I think Motorola, Asus, and OnePlus offer the customizable backs, any others?
>>51783551
I've got a moto x 2014.
I'm glad phones are moving away from glass slabs. Variety is nice. Thinking about replacing the back of mine with something else.
>pic of my phone
bump, any others?
I wish all phone cases were made out of titanium.
Why is it that aftermarket CPU cooling is such a huge market, even normies don't even take stock coolers out of the box and watercooling is mainstream, hell, we screw triple fan heatsinks on our CPUs that bend them and reapply thermal paste twice daily. At the same time aftermarket GPU cooling only happens in enthusiast builds, we mostly leave the cooling to Asus, msi, sapphire or who else sells our favorite GPUs the cheapest. The only way most people actively interfere with GPU cooling is by fucking up the airflow to the top card in SLI crossfire setups.
tl;dr:...

CPUs are actually perfectly safe up to 100c.
Why the fuck is my house 66 degrees F while my body is in the high ninetys? Why do we go such width to make our home a suitable temperature but leave our bodies relatively on fire?
