This blurring issue you've run into is quite easy to fix if you remove the old scaling files associated with depreciated versions of windows. Simply go into your system folders and delete a file called "diagtrack.dll" and this will force Windows to use the newest and clearest type of display scaling.

I know support threads are generally looked down upon on this board but I really need help, I've looked everywhere and can't find a solution. My PC running Windows 10 is seemingly randomly crashing whilst I play games, watch videos, etc. every now and then. It's only a minor inconvenience but I would still like it fixed.
