pacman deleting config files on updates is a meme.
Quoted from "https://wiki.archlinux.org/index.php/pacman#Upgrading_packages":
"If a user-modified configuration file needs to be upgraded for a new version of a package, a .pacnew file will be created to avoid overwriting settings modified by the user. pacman will prompt the user to merge them."
Why do you still fall for memes anon?
>love to hate
>love to get paid
>rage thay can't
I don't get the problem. It says it will merge the files so you won't loss your config file

but there are some exceptions like pam.d configuration of gnome-screensaver. pacman always overwrite that kind of things.
So I don't like Ubuntu Unity, but one thing really stuck for me: the HUD.
Being able to search a programs context menus was fucking God tier, and I'd like to be able to do this in another distro, and/or in Windows.
Can anybody recommend me a program that will fulfill my autistic needs?

Or use accelerators if you can't remember them

Mutate
Lighthouse
Try any of these.

1. They're students who probably were required to use them at their school because Universities are a hotbed for not only cultural marxism but also the Apple ideology after Apple (and yes, M$ ) paid off so many school administrators to use their shit.
2. The best hackers in the world don't work in groups, comrade. Most of them work independently and don't have time for bullshit competitions like this when they can make 6-figures working for a defense contractor or the government.

Internetting at home is suffering.
Twice my area has gone into "build preparation" on the NBN map and slipped back into "not available" after a while.

Get good at programming
sup /g/?
I have an issue with my PC's bluetooth. Every thime I connect my bluetooth speakers, the computer starts slowing down so much, freezing some programs such as Google Chrome. I tried uninstalling, reinstalling and actualizing the drivers, and Windows8 keeps on telling me that my drivers are functioning well and are up to date.
Anyone had any similiar problems?
pic realeated - my bluetooth loudspeakers.
Whilst my first option would be to throw those piece of shit speakers in the bin, I guess you would prefer not to do that.
Just check your system resources whilst it happens and find the culprit.
>>52648333
Haha, I'd gladly throw them in the bin, but i can't because it was a christmas present, so I think i gotta stick with'em.
Well, I can only see that the Voltage and Disk graphs show higher peak values, what can this mean?
