Should I still buy an old thinkpad if I have enough money to buy from the newest ones?
I'm on this LAN network in my dorm and some people onviously think they can hook a router up there and run an AP. This results in a peak in my latency (goes from 13ms to up to 1k ms).
How can I efficiently disturb that? Somehow DDoS their router or something over LAN or WLAN
Atm I'm deauthing all connected clients from the AP, wich seems to work but adding all BSSIDs is painfull. Is there a better way?
Talk to the people in charge of the school network, stuff like that disrupts networks pretty often and they will be looking around for where the interruption is coming from, tip them off and I'm sure it'll go away soon.

who cares faggot use what gets the job done
The God of programming uses Ubuntu.
Why don't you?
Do you know computer?
How do I make the Monday go select?
If you had an LGA775 X38 motherboard with all the other components but the CPU, what quad core processor would you look to buy today, now that the Core 2 generation is ended? For a solid all purpose and no over clock in mind. You would look for what model, even used cpus?
Pic somewhat related.
I have a maximus formula (x38 afaik). Currently using a q6600 at 3.6ghz. I would look for a modded bios to support 771 cpus and a modded xeon X5492 to fit in the lga 775 socket which is the best combo that you can have right now. Only problem is they come at the same price the top 775 cpus have.
I'm so tired of display screens having low brightness. The max brightness of any display is 300-500 nits. This brightness is barely acceptable indoors, next to my window, with indirect sunlight.
Bonded glass and anti-reflective techniques aren't good enough. It sucks to have to focus your eyes on a dark screen when the environment is really bright.
I heard that more than 1000 nits borders acceptable for outdoors. For indoors, holding my monitor in front of the window to compare, at least 5 times its current brightness would be good. So like 2500 nits.
for non-mobile applications a screen that bright would probably want some sort of accuracy in RGB luminance, gamma conformity at deskbound viewing angles, color accuracy, etc.
this becomes difficult and expensive as nits increase.
for outdoor usage high nits are, obviously, the primary desirable and making them isn't hard or very expensive--it just costs more in energy which is in short supply for mobile and expensive in fixed-outdoor.

What the fuck is wrong with these people. Did they grow up on a farm?
>bought gtx 970
>never suffered any problems from the 3.5gb
And? But you suffer from brain damage, and I'm very sorry for that, because you don't know what obvious bait and meme is, and try to do same shitty strategy
Go home, bill, I give you 1/10 today.
Post apps that you think are useful and/or interesting and discuss them here
Every time I log into windows 7 about 15 minutes later my computer goes into shut down and begins to install windows 10. It's also doing this on my laptop. What the fuck is this shit. Is there anyway to stop it or should I just accept my fate?
Btw I already did da googol and nothing helpful came up.

I want a mp3 player that has microSD card capabilities and good sound quality but is also cheap. Blue tooth would be nice but isn't as much as a requirement.
I've been browsing amazon at some of the ones that are like 30~usd but I thought I'd come here to see if anyone had some recommendations for some really great ones. (Doesn't have to be 30~usd)
it's that time of the year again boys
