For all you manlet Apple fags, New iPhone SE announced: 4" screen and same processor(s) as the 6S.
Why the hell did they go back to that shitty design and make the screen smaller again?
Should I just buy the 6S Plus then?
>399$ price
Knowing faggot Europe it's probably going to be 550€ here. Gotta pay for the rapefugees somehow.
>>53611586
That's actually pretty nice. This thing will sell pretty well and people will love the longer battery life, due to the smaller screen.
Not that i really care or will buy it, but i like that apple goes against this trend of bigger phones.
You have 10 seconds to convince me to not upgrade from a nexus 4 to 6p
>inb4 lagdroid
You can't
>>53611525
looks like a great phone
do it
Glass on the back shatters on its own.
Official Transmission Windows port released
http://www.ghacks.net/2016/03/21/transmission-bittorrent-windows/
uTorrent cucks on suicidewatch
Holy shit, transmission for windows now? Game over for the big windows clients!
It's been out since 2.92 was released...
So what's the benefit of using this over Deluge?
Do you know how to program FPGAs, /g/?
>>53611000
I do for a living
>>53611000
I used to work on Xilinx FPGAs using Verilog. But I'm a software person now.
>>53611000
Yes, but far from an expert...
Pic realted is the most complex I programmed.
For an academic project we needed a way to generate 1GHz data signals, that Virtex 7 board was available, and it was a quick and dirty way to do it.
I tried to install ArchLinux on a usb disk, with this Acer computer. It failed, and I don't know why, but now, every time I want to boot, I'm stuck on this. It's normally booting on Win10.
I'm sure that the disk is still working, because my usb disk with Ubuntu can browse through files
Tried everything that I found :/
(I have a Win10 recovery disk ready)
If you can't fix this by yourself you shouldn't be using Arch.
>It failed
lmao
>>53610699
>ArchLinux
Hahahahaha
You fell for the fucking meme. Enjoy your new paperweight
Is this the start of the downfall of oversized phone trend?
>>53610426
>4
>4.7
>5.5
Why do you hate choice anon-chan?
I doubt it. Most of the people I know that buy iPhones said they would've bought the plus if it wasn't so expensive. The 6se will most likely be more like the 5c and only sell well because it's the cheapest
It's called product differentiation.
Larger phones are already popular, but now we'll also see companies create compact phones as well to suit the preferences of manlet hands people like you and Donald Trump.
What is your experience with cyber currency?
Free money has fascinated me ever since I heard of bitcoin, but I never could get past the technicalities :P
You're about 5 years late to the cryptocurrency party. Those of us that did it when it was meme spam made money, those that did not regretted it.
Also, crypto talk goes on >>>/biz/
Every currency is worthless unless people value it.
Cyber currency is the same.
I remember when BitCoin first came out, and they were really cheap and people on /b/ was telling people to buy them. I thought it was a massive scam, I feel pretty silly now.
>>53610263
It is not just about making money, I also want to get a better grasp of how the system works, plus I live in a 2nd world country with fast/cheap internet, so I think I could salvage something :)
what do you think about /g/ being consumed by /a/?
>>53610201
Fuckin hate the weeb shit
/a/ is a containment board end of story.
>>53610201
The only reason /g/ has spergs that hate on anime now is because /g/ has become /v/
>>53610230
Same with /v/ spillage
builds an AI that beats the world GO champion
>Apple
here's a smaller iphone and ipad pro
You do know Apple and Google aren't competitors right?
I prefer the iPhone t.b.h.
>>53610018
that doesn't matter
Ok /g/ red pill me on Fedora. I am sick of Arch and want to switch my distro.
The name is pretty retarded but I heard it just werks out of the box and the Logo doesn't look like a fat guy with a mountain on his back
>>53609208
also how is the Cinnamon Spin? Are there any differences to the standard Gnome Fedora Core? I use and like Cinnamon on Arch.
oh and inb4 install gentoo
>>53609208
use debian instead
>>53609660
b-but muh bleeding edge
I had Debian Stable before i fell for the arch meme
So is this worth using over Chrome?
No untill it gets extensions.
>>53608834
Already has.
Nothing is worth using over chrome, and nothing will be for a long time.
So /g/. I need to hack into the outlook webmail of a teacher at my highschool so that i can get some information that will save my grades.
I'd just like to know where to begin with this. Im not sure if i could brute force it since the school might assign them passwords.
Any 733t h4x0rz out there that could point me in the right direction? Thanks babs.
>inb4 underage b&
Im 18, senior in HS
>>53607967
You should start by taking responsibility for your own failures such as not doing your work and not studying like you should. Next you should go to your teacher and tell him/her that you really want to improve your grade before the school year ends and ask what extra work you can do to make that happen. Lastly, realize that you are literally incapable of hacking anything because you have next to no serious knowledge of technology and security. You're welcome.
>>53608095
Nice assumptions dude. Assuming that im responsible for the grade or that my own failures led to it. Im sorry that you dont understand the situation but theres no need to be salty. Thank you for your opinion.
>>53608320
There is a need to be short and salty. The reason is because you're a shitposter clogging up the board.
Does google look at your search history when they're going over potential job candidates?
Just thought of this shit, please tell me they don't.
>>53607480
Just turn yourself in
>>53607499
"it seems you googled lolibutt 1000000 times. care to explain?"
"dat booty tho"
"i hear ya. welcome aboard"
why is AWS so fucking confusing? they have dozens of products with obscure names and and meme descriptions, wtf.
i've been developing for literally years and i'm confused as fuck just looking at their offerings.
how do i into AWS? i just want a machine to run an app on, a relational database (or maybe nosql), and a file bucket. what do i need?
>>53607387
I feel you, It is even hard to figure out how much you will be paying for the services...
>>53607429
yeah that shit is crazy.
is there really any reason beyond price to choose AWS/GCP over PaaS providers like heroku?
>>53607578
I think I will go with OVH or DigitalOcean, because I already know them and they are easy to use.
How the fuck do computers work, /g/?
Everyone I know seems to think I'm 'into computers' because I can read from a screen, reboot computers and use Google.
I have no clue how computers do what they do. I gather the processor's a glorified calculator. How the fuck do 1s, 0s, and arithmetic turn into graphics, and all the other complicated shit programs do?
>>53607349
Apparently you actually know nothing about computers fuck tard except how to bitch at 4chan for answers. Use the internet to actually learn something for yourself.
You gain the most knowledge from reading and trying to build your own computer from logic gates. Learn about half adders, full adders, ALU's, registers etc. There are dozens of explanations on youtube.
I'd say give up by now since you find it too hard to even use google.
