Not him but I had pic related piece of shit. The coating wore off within about 6 months in a lot of spots, looked fucking horrible. I also realized that the black and gold was horribly tacky looking and graduated to stainless steel master race.
Get rekt
My X220t Thinkpad in still faster and more useful than my 2015 Macbook
>>53609330
You know it's much heavier and the battery life sucks in comparison, so it doesn't matter.
>>53609330
>more useful
>a laptop that weights like 2.5 macbooks and lasts half the time
Who here has a comfy /g/ related job?
Hating my current job and looking to switch to something in IT.

Sounds alright. What's the pay like?

7/10 straight jocking OP's style but not rocking it as well, tho still pretty tight. Not as good icons imo but I am a fan of the blur behind the boxes
>>53606695
I didn't try to jock his layout, I made mine from scratch when I got bored in a train
What was that odd gimmicky computer peripheral that you always wanted to try out?
>>53606358
One of those dick sucking things that another person can control over the web
The Kinect. I'd love to do some development with it, but I don't own one and know nothing about VR. It'd be a time sink and a money sink for little to no profit.
>>53606358
kinda peripheral, right?

Do you carry a purse or wear a parka in the summer? You must. Two portable consoles, every day huh? I think you're either confused, a liar, or autistic. Pro tip: choose one console depending on what you're playing and put a few antacid, ranitidine and tums tablets in a small pill organizer that fits in your pocket.

I would, but it seems rather futile.
You see, I am under the impression that you posted this question in hopes that I would be angered, or frustrated by the image.
Please let me know when you are genuinely curious, and would truly like to know my opinion on the subject. I will be waiting.

>implying GNOME 3 isn't the most beautiful and most usable DE on Linux today
I'm sorry anon but you are an idiot. Gnome 3 inspired modern OSX, Windows 10, ios, and android design decisions.
>dark panels and light Windows
>centered clock
>flat design
>iconfied menus
>integrated back buttons
Gnome was ahead of its time.
>>53651223
gnome 3 looks nothing like windows and it's actually very well done. not even a bug gnome fag but still. all respect. i see nothing start menu related here

No, they just want to destroy the culture that built up around it by firstly promoting it amongst people who are the opposite of it (more women in code! Male? sorry we only hire sports fans and people who work out) and when that failed because enjoying programming actually requires enjoying puzzles (something only nerds do) they tried to promote it to everyone, so if everyone knows how to program the people still following the culture just weird and incidentally programmers. That will fail too because 90% of normal people also don't enjoy puzzles.
This is what happens when it's socially acceptable for people to hate you.
What would benefit us most is if absolutely everyone except the people who actually got good were scared away, leaving only a few great developers and a lot of jobs for us to fill. Worker shortage is actually good for workers, unemployment and promoting this for everyone will make it impossible to get a job, especially after affirmative action or just outright hiring on racial lines.
Remember, despite how true/untrue, most people think there are only too many white people in STEM.
This might sound like a really stupid question, but I need to know.
Say you've got an email on a service that uses end-to-end encryption, but requires a password that you and the receipient must agree on.
Obviously, you need to give them the password through some other channel, but what's the most secure? You can't email it across, obviously, and you can't use a phone because that would give your location (assume TOR is in use).
So what would you do?
>>53651023
Look into Diffie-Helman then kill yourself.
>>53651317
Welp. I have no idea how this works. Could someone care to explain the math?
tell them the password in person
