I was running maybe 50 chrome tabs and five 4K images on GIMP, but that should not add up to 16 fucking Giga(/bi)bytes...

4chan is run on proprietary software.
(4*2)chan is run on libre software that respects your freedoms.
What do you think about Debian? I use Arch for my desktop but Debian for my server.

ubuntu is great.
>>53695504
Use Gentoo for your desktop, nerd.
It actually works.
It's fine. Like most distros it's not good or bad, just slightly different.

George Hotz uses ubuntu /g/, what makes you think you need anything else?
I would rather not have all of the bloat on a clean install.
Also, Unity Makes me feel like I'm on a mobile device.

Firefox and its memory leaks and crashing are really starting to wear on me. What browser alternatives are there? As far as I can tell, if I want actual usability and compatibility, I've either got to use something Firefox-based, which I'm getting more and more reticent about given that I'm already on a Firefox-based fork (Cyberfox), or something Chrome-based, which I'm not opposed to but even for a normie like me, I don't like Chrome's policy on privacy.
Am I stuck with something like Iridium or Sleipnir?
Wow, never mind about Sleipnir, that's such a terrible interface.

>I don't like Chrome's policy on privacy.
wat? firefox has been worse than chrome privacy wise for over a year now.

I need a new mouse. I've always used MX510, MX518 or G400 so I wanted to order another G400 or something similar. Well turns out, they're not sold anymore and the new ones from logitech all look like they're for people with small hands like children which is probably their target group anyway.
What do you recommend? Since I no longer play games I really don't want to spend a lot of money (<50€). I just need a comfortable, reliable, firm and solid mouse with the usual buttons plus back and forward buttons.

SteelSeries Rival
G400 is still the best mouse money can buy. Every other new mouse has some caveat.
Get your hands on a G400, even if you have to pay out the nose, and do the cord fix. It's worth it.
>>53694250
I've been using a logitech M500 for years. I find it very comfy to use and it's cheap as shit.

Does anyone miss these Guys and their trolling?
No, in their retarded attempt to attack SoE and H1Z1 they DDoS'd the planetside auth server. A game which is dead and has a playerbase in the single digits, leaving H1Z1 completely unaffected.
They were pretty mentally challenged, so nah

Best calculator for Android?
RealCalc is useless for anything more complicated than adding two numbers.
Bump?
Handycalc has some useful features, though the interface is weird. But if you want to solve simultaneous equations, it works well.
I also use a TI83 emulator called AndieCalc, which requires a TI rom image.
Can someone recommend me a good, feature rich calculator from F-Droid?
Why is this still considered the pinnacle of Linux icon design. It hasn't been updated or changed for years. It's missing application icons. Yet, it's still pretty much the best set available for Linux desktops.
>>53694028
Thought it was Numix
>>53694028
Well, make some better ones then. The main motivator for progress is money, something the free software community is lacking.
They're nice icons. It's a shame if they're no longer being updated.
