I want to hack a live tv channel and put my own content on it, is there any possible way of doing this? If so tell me how. Thanks :)

Well, this is my first "vim vs emacs" thread and usually this kind of thread don't end well...
I am a vim user, because my I had to choose an editor and I think I'm halfway through the learning curve.
Since I wanted to be sure I would go with the editor that fits me the most, I tried to use emacs for a week.
However, it feels sort of bloated and archaic.
What am I missing compared with people who like emacs?

she looks like a fucking grandma now
what the fuck happened?
Both are abandonware from the 70s, I wouldn't worry so much about their differences and use a real text editor instead.
Can anyone tell me what the fuck this kidis doing? To me it looks like he's soldering a slab of wood.

at least niggz there is holding the grip, and not the neck of the soldering iron.

Are computer technician / network engineer jobs better than software development?
I feel I'm a pretty "normal" guy. I tried being a webdev for 18 months but I couldn't stand the expectation of being a nerd, sitting at your desk, not contributing to real world problems or decisions.
I reckon it would be quite cool to be some sort of computer engineer who is called out to places to fix things. Does anyone here do a job like that? What's it like?
Attempted bump
I'm also wondering the same.
Right now I'm in a coding academy but I'm not sure if I should continue and become a front-end dev and later switch to back-end or get some CISCO and MS certs and become a sys admin/network engineer.

Hey, so I just recently got a new headset (The logitech g230) because my previous one stopped working. I went back home and plugged them in the green to the speakers and the red to mic, but I then noticed that the speaker widget on the bottom right had a red cross, I then went into playback devices and noticed that it wasnt showing up, I'm pretty poor so I hope their is a way to get these fixed, these costed $90.
I've reinstalled my Sound Blaster Recon3di drivers and that didnt work. The only thing showing up under playback devices is Speakers
Also, my laptop is an alienware 15

resell your shit, get headphone + mic.
I just tried Nylas N1 for a few days. And it's bad.
- 87 Mo for an e-mail client windows installer
- No refresh button, you just can't refresh rour inbox when you want to.
- It's a web brower disguised into an e-mail client
- huge RAM usage
- You need plugins to cover all the missing features thunderbirds and outlook have for years
- Open source, but everything go threw their server if you don't host yourself their syncengine. And who needs a sync engine for an email client ? You can't even sync your accounts threw several computer.

Never seen this specific thread before probably because not a lot of people care. Only thing i pretty much see is thinkpad general or people specifically asking for notebooks and or ultrabooks that cost a specified number of euros or us-dollars so decided to make a general post.

So with all the windows 10 being shitted on by Linux fellas and shilled on by pajeets and jamals,I have to say other than the spying/keylogger/backdoor/telemetry stuff,I kinda like it.After deleting all the preinstalled crapshit and removing auto-start tasks with ccleaner, than running the open source DWS and top it of with spybot and a tinfoil hostfile and firewall settings, running spyshelter premium and keyscrambler premium,it feels good.I never had it crash even once on me,and never had encountered a single update because of DWS.Everything just werks. But still Linux fellas...

If you're not using Enterprise LTSB eat shit and die. If you're actually using the LTSB one (I doubt since you had to "[delete] all the preinstalled crapshit") just eat shit.

That seems like a lot of work just to use your OS without it spying on you.
Hi ! I'm new to c++ and whole programming stuff.. I've created small program with loop while. Could you explain me why does this program work but the loop doesnt ? And how can i repair it ?
your return statement is in your while loop.
So your while loop is executed once und then it ends because of the return 0;
Please get better style for braces, then you would have seen your mistake by yourself
Thanks, i will try to

Thin is a good reason to buy something you carry around all day.
Being good looking doesn't hurt either.

Here's a fun fact for your consideration:
Your warranty will still be void in case of water damage. That's how much samsung trusts their own water proofing.

I can't put "IoT meme", this is a formal report after all.

it won't help because most normie retards that would read your report wouldn't find it funny or realise that IoT is horseshit

If you're looking for purchase advice, READ THE BUYERS GUIDE FIRST. Then post, stating budget and requirements (e.g. size and performance).
Don't buy anything OTHER THAN T, X AND W/P SERIES if you want the Real ThinkPad Experienceâ„¢
Recommended models:
T420 - 14", normal size

Got me a 3rd gen X1C yesterday, and besides the fact that it is a faggy ultrabook, I really like it.
HOWEVER:
Its a TN screen. Now, I have been using TNs all my live, and since it is still 200% better than the shitscreen I have on my current X200, that is not too bad, but still, I am not sure if I want to spend 800€ for a TN machine.
fuck, /tpg/, what should I do? Keep it, and be happy with the fact that I still have a better display than all of the folks here who fell for the 420#balzeit meme, or send it back and spend 400 more and get me the current gen...

I'd keep it, if you're happy with the performance, I too will fall for the T420 blaze it pad once I get the extra cash.

that thing just flies, and the 4G modem has great reception at my place, compared to the dongle I used previously. Also, windows quotes me around 9 hours of battery, so I guess more than 5 should be easily maneageable under linux, but still, there is this slight feeling that the screen will annoy me.
Guess I can always sell it for an OK price. The X1's seem to keep their value a bit better than most other TP's
