Sell it and buy a $130 refurb netbook with a bay trail atom and 2 GB RAM.
So now that we know this movie is going to suck let's recommend some actually good /g/ movies. I'll start:
>Pirates of Silicon Valley
>Revolution OS
>TBP AFK
Inevitably someone will post Hackers so let's get this bottom of the barrel turd out of the way right away.
The Machine That Changed The World

Maybe not a movie but Person of Interest is an extremely interesting show that explores mass surveillance using machine intelligence and many other themes.
It's over, Intel is .. blah blah .. Just read the fucking article.
http://www.pcworld.com/article/3063508/components/intel-is-on-the-verge-of-exiting-the-smartphone-and-tablet-markets-after-cutting-atom-chips.html

RIP in peace. Wonder what's going to happen to all those cheap chinkshit tablets and mini PCs running Windows 10?
>>54297707
Damn nigger, no optimized link, no .png so we dont have to visit that click-bait trash website. It's like you don't even belong here or something.
Apollo Lake is still coming as Pentium & Celeron for entry level PCs & NUCs
Atom is dead though from what Intel is saying
Should I get an SSD?
If so are there any brands that are better then others?
>>54295466
Yes.
Get a Samsung evo 850
Never get a Kingston. They changed specs after favourable reviews. I don't care if they don't do it anymore or their ssds are actually good. They need to die.
>>54295668
>mfw bought a hyperx savage and the benhmarks match the speeds written on the box
Feels gud
>>54295466
Intel for speed and reliability.
Adata is afforable and gets the job done.
OCZ is the fastest but don't depend on them.
Post your monthly cell data usage
This is on the T-Mobile $30 plan
5gb LTE, 100 minutes, unlimited text
Thanks to Music Freedom and BingeOn though, almost all of my data usage doesn't count towards my cap. I've used 18gb of data streaming chink cartoons at work and only 3gb has been counted this month
lol, data caps
>>54291868
Lollll fuck net neutrality
>>54291879
this
I have boost mobile, $55/month for unlimited high speed data + unlimited call/text. Also get 8GB of mobile hotspot data.

Welcome to /fglt/. We are always open to users of all levels, including absolute beginners.
There are four ways to try GNU/Linux, you can:
0) Install a GNU/Linux OS on a VM (Virtual Machine/VirtualBox) for "safety purposes"
1) Use the Live ISO directly without installing anything, that way, you can get a "full GNU/Linux experience".
2) Dual-boot GNU/Linux with Windows/Mac (recommended if you want to learn more about GNU/Linux)
3) Go balls...

Can it run 200 instances of Crysis?
Why did VR fail despite years of hype?
Lack of good, platform specific content? Idk, it really has the same value as a paperweight if there's nothing fun to do with it.
It hasn't failed, it has barely even been released
Overpriced
Why is Lisp so used by hobbyists, but so little by professionals?
Time isn't free when you're working.
>>54285441
What do you mean?
>>54285465
Not him, but it means pissing about costs money which is why (in his opinion) professionals don't use it for the most part.
I would probably mostly agree: these days there aren't enough people using lisp to justify using it if you are starting something new.
There are exceptions though, AutoLisp for example.

The screenshot template isn't working, reverts to default one. I tried making it similiar to the MPC-HC default onescreenshot-template=%f_snapshot_%wM:%wS_%n
What's wrong here?
>>54277062
seems like %f doesn't work
>>54277382
yea, removing the %f doesn't fix anything, the file I got with that was "snapshot_00" , no extension and 0B in size, even though mpv reports the file saved properly on the screen
You have 10 seconds to explain why you don't have a 2nd SSD in your laptop.
Because I have an LTE modem in my second mPCIe slot
>>54303242
I have a 250gb msata sdd as my OS drive and a 500gb hard drive as my data storage drive. The spinning rust is dying so i am going to replace it with a 500gb 850 evo probably.
>>54303242
It doesnt support one in any way.
So how many years has mobile and wi-fi radiation wiped off the average human? If you get headaches and ringing ears you are probably in a heavy electricsmog area.
>WIFI has been banned in nurseries, schools, kindergartens and childcare centres across France that cater for children under the age of six.

Hide and move along, /g/. Nothing to see here.
>>54302112
It's a bit odd how many people are having fucked up immune systems in last 2-3 generations but that could be due to processed food, smog etc.
Or you could just have a headache or tinnitus.
>tfw you destroy a billion dollar company in under 18 months
Why is she so great bros?
>>54302079
Because she destroyed a billion dollar company in under 18 months
I'd destroy her 2bh.
And yahoo was dying anyway, she can jet with her golden parachute.
>>54302079
I'm really amazed how Yahoo is still standing, they have made all the bad decisions since its inception and yet they're still here( probably something to do with being the most popular search engine in America ), they even made Mark Cuban a billionaire in the process.
